We have been cultivating vines for generations. It is a story born within the vineyards along the banks of the Adige River, where time flows to the rhythm of the seasons and the passion for the land is passed down from father to son. In this unique landscape, where the elegance of the Dolomites meets the softness of the valley, we learned to read the land, to respect its pace, and to cultivate the vine with an approach that reflects identity, care, and tradition.

Today, tradition meets a new energy. Leonardo, representing the latest generation, brings enthusiasm, curiosity, and a contemporary, forward-looking vision. Francesco, with over forty years of experience, preserves the artisanal knowledge developed day after day in the vineyard, interpreting nature with the eyes of one who has known it all his life.

ELEVIUM is born from the merge between the vitality of a new generation and the experience of those who have dedicated their lives to the vineyard. A mountain-born Trentodoc that brings together the verticality of the dolomitic slopes, the purity of the winds rising from Lake Garda, and the finesse of the soils shaped by the course of the Adige River.
