Shipping Policy

Azienda Agricola Saiani Francesco will deliver the ordered products to the address indicated by the Customer, using designated couriers and according to the methods described here. Deliveries are made only within Italy.

 

The goods are delivered within the terms established by Legislative Decree 206/2005. Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the Seller is required to deliver the goods without undue delay and in any case within a maximum of 30 days from the conclusion of the contract. The delivery obligation is considered fulfilled when the Customer acquires physical possession or control of the goods.

 

The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to force majeure, unforeseeable circumstances or events beyond its control.

 

Upon delivery, the Customer is required to verify that the product received corresponds to the order. Only after this verification - without prejudice to the right of withdrawal - will the Customer be required to sign the delivery documents.

 

The Seller is not responsible for any damage or delays caused by the carrier during transport, as it does not intervene in the relationship between the courier and the Customer. The Customer may request the use of a different carrier; in this case, transport will be at the Customer's sole risk, care, and expense.
